Why can’t you deliver to my overseas address?

The sales region for Gough Cat is New Zealand only. We are bound to honour those agreements so cannot sell outside our trading boundaries. If you would like to buy Cat merchandise you can find your nearest dealer through this dealer locator tool.

I’d like to try on some of the product. Where are your showrooms?

Our two main showrooms are at our Cat branches in Auckland and Christchurch. Our Auckland branch is on the corner of Kerr and Ash Road’s in Wiri and our Christchurch site is in Branston Street, Hornby. What is your delivery fee?

All orders will be despatched by NZ Couriers, a charge of $5.00 will be applied for freight within New Zealand.  The Couriers need a street address for delivery - they cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Delivery of the goods can generally be expected within 5 days after processing. Gough CAT reserves the right to adjust the delivery charges for large orders. In this instance we will advise the customer by email of the new freight charge and seek acceptance before despatch.

 

I ordered some boots but they are the wrong size, where can I return them?
