Delivery
We use NZ Couriers for all our deliveries. Our standard delivery fee for items is $5.00. NZ Couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a street address.
We aim to have our product out to you as fast as possible. In Metro areas our orders should be with you within 3-5 days. For non-metro areas you should expect your order within 5-7 days.
Items will be dispatched with a Track and trace number so if you have any problems you should contact our customer service on 0800 93 39 39.

Returns
We want you to have a great experience using CAT Shop. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or it doesn’t fit, you can return it for a full refund. There are a few conditions though;
- You must return the items within 30 days of the date of purchase
- The product must be undamaged and unmarked
- The original swing tags must still be attached
- It must be in the original packaging (especially boots)
We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the return conditions haven’t been met.
