Delivery

We use NZ Couriers for all our deliveries. Our standard delivery fee for items is $5.00.  NZ Couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a street address.

We aim to have our product out to you as fast as possible. In Metro areas our orders should be with you within 3-5 days. For non-metro areas you should expect your order within 5-7 days.

Items will be dispatched with a Track and trace number so if you have any problems you should contact our customer service on 0800 93 39 39.

Returns

We want you to have a great experience using CAT Shop. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or it doesn’t fit, you can return it for a full refund. There are a few conditions though;

1. You must return the items within 30 days of the date of purchase
2. The product must be undamaged and unmarked
3. The original swing tags must still be attached
4. It must be in the original packaging (especially boots)

We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the return conditions haven’t been met.
